A: First, check if you are using the power adapter to charge the console and if the TF card is inserted properly. If it still doesn’t work, unplug the device, reinsert the TF card, and reconnect the power adapter. This usually solves the problem.
Q: Why won’t the gamepads connect to the game console?
A: Check if the USB adapter is inserted into the game stick USB port and if good batteries are installed. If it still doesn’t work, unplug the power adapter and USB adapter, then reconnect them.

Support Downloading Games By Yourself
Step 1: Download the game file.
Step 2: Connect the TF card to your computer using a card reader.
Step 3: Copy the game files to the corresponding folder (named after the emulator).
Step 4: Insert the card into the game console, connect it, and turn it on.
Step 5: Find your game and start playing (you can use the search function).
Note: Because incorrect downloading steps may damage the source files, we recommend backing up all files from the memory card to your computer before downloading new games. This way, if something goes wrong, you can format the memory and restore the original files.
